LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) - Lexington police say University of
Kentucky guard Stacey Poole and another person suffered minor
injuries when a car struck their vehicle.
Police say Poole was a passenger in an SUV at about 2:30 a.m.
EST Friday when a car swerved into the wrong lane. Police say the
car, driven by 22-year-old Scott M. Roseberry, struck the SUV in
the front passenger side door and pushed the vehicle into a parked
Toyota Camry.
EMS took Poole and the driver of the SUV, whose identity wasn't
released, to the hospital. Police described their injuries as
minor.
Police charged Roseberry with DUI and insurance violations.
