A pre-trial date is set for a Letcher County man facing sexual abuse charges.
Court officials say Nathan Bentley is charged with two counts of rape and two counts of sexual abuse involving a minor under the age of 12.
Bentley is also charged with being a persistent felon and is being held at the Letcher County Detention Center.
A pre-trial date is set for October 26th.
