Preliminary hearing set in murder case

HINDMAN, Ky. (WYMT) - A man charged with murder in Knott County is set for a preliminary hearing on January 29th, 2013.

Jerry Combs is accused of killing Eric Fugate.

Fugate's truck and body were found Friday during a search after family members reported him missing on Thursday.

Police say Combs and Fugate had an argument that turned violent.

Fugate's funeral was held Tuesday afternoon.
