Puppy thrown off Harlan bridge now has a new home

We have an update on the condition of "Lucky."

She's the puppy animal control officials said was thrown twice from a bridge in Harlan back in March.

A rescue group from Minneapolis, Minnesota took Lucky in, and she now has a new home there.

Jerry Russel was facing a cruelty to animals charge for the alleged act, but that charge was amended to a Misdemeanor torture charge.

He has not been sentenced.
