On Thursday night, heavy rains caused flooding problems in Leslie County.

The flooding was so widespread school officials called off classes today.

Thursday night's terrential downpours made roads incredibly water logged as creeks overflowed into Leslie County's steep terrain.

Folks in the War Branch Community say these floods are all too familiar.

Drivers are faced with difficult and dangerous decisions, even on their way to work.

The flash floods also caused massive mudslides in Leslie County.

County officials say crews are working hard, to clean up the muddy mess.

But some folks are saying their community will continue to flood until new bridges are put in place.
