Rape case is sent to grand jury

The case of two men who allegedly kidnapped and raped a Harlan County teen has been sent to a grand jury.

Marcos Lopez and Gustabo Salinas were charged with the crime two weeks ago.

A juvenile was also charged with the crime but was later released from the Harlan County Detention Center.

A date for the hearing has not been set.
