An Arizona man accused of raping and kidnapping his niece decades ago is arrested in Letcher County.
The Arizona Daily Star reports 63 year old James David Gibson is awaiting extradition back to Arizona.
He was picked up in Jenkins earlier this week.
Gibson allegedly sexually assaulted his niece repeatedly in the late 1970's and early 80's.
