FRANKFORT, Ky. (WYMT) - A record number of Kentuckians are registered to vote in this year's election.
Secretary of State Alison Lundergan Grimes says that nearly $60,000 new voters have been added since May of this year.
The total number of Kentuckians eligible to vote is now more than 3 million.
Grimes says she hopes there is a record voter turnout on November 6th.
Kentucky has added more than 130,000 thousand voters since the 2008 presidential election.
