Reward offered for copper theft information

A reward is offered for information about copper thefts in Laurel County.

Police say a witness saw two people stealing copper wire at a communications tower site off Highway 472.

So far, five tower owners have reported stolen copper from their site.

The damage is estimated at more than $10,000.

A $1,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to an arrest.
