ISOM, Ky (WYMT) - A closed rail road crossing along Highway 7 in Letcher County is open again.
The crossing which provides access to a community on Burton Hill had been blocked recently.
Locals were forced to walk across the tracks in order to access the main highway.
Railroad construction along the highway will continue over the next few weeks.
