A delay in the case of a Corbin man who police say attacked his siblings in a violent road rage case that killed his sister last month in Rockcastle County.
During a preliminary hearing, a judge told 78-year-old Clyde White that he owned too much property and had too many assets to continue with a court appointed attorney.
Instead of proceeding without the representation of a lawyer, White chose to continue the hearing at a later date.
Police say White chased his 82 year old brother Lawrence White and his sister 83 year old Dorothy Whitaker on I-75 and then rammed into their vehicle on 461 in Mount Vernon, causing them to wreck.
Lawrence was treated and released from the UK Medical Center.
His sister Dorothy died.
White is charged with murder, attempted murder, and wanton endangerment.
He'll be back in court next Wednesday.
