LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) - The Kentucky Horse Racing Commission has approved a license request for trainer Rodolfo "Rudy" Rodriguez, who is a trainer for Kentucky Derby contender Vyjack.

The action on Tuesday comes just after Rodriguez got off a drug suspension in New York.

The Lexington Herald-Leader and The Courier-Journal report commission members said they would allow the license, but would require 24-hour surveillance including video while the horse is at Churchill Downs in Louisville.
