He lives on Santa Lane, he has a workshop and even a sleigh.
To everyone in Harlan County, he is Santa Claus.
He collects toys all year long, wraps every single one, loads them up and delivers them to children all over Harlan County.
He's been delivering presents for 36 years, and he makes several trips the week before Christmas.
Kids came running on Christmas Eve when they heard Santa coming so they could get their presents.
"I think he is wonderful. All the kids love him, and he is a blessing to our community," says Anita Brigmon.
Without Santa, many kids in Harlan County may not get Christmas presents which why he does it.
"Love and it's Christmas. It's the time to give, and I give it from my heart," said Santa Claus.
But even Santa can't pull this off alone, he has dozens of volunteers that help him every step of the way.
"I look forward to seeing their faces from year to year. And they depend on us because without us they don't have a Christmas," said volunteer Sherry North.
