"School Bandit" indicted

A grand jury has indicted a woman police called the 'School Bandit.'

40 year old Kay Williams of North Carolina faces charges for allegedly stealing money and credit cards from teachers and a wallet from a principal in Whitley County.

The crimes, which happened at Corbin and Oak Grove Elementary Schools, were both caught on tape.

Police are still looking for Williams.

She is described as a black woman with shoulder length hair and no upper teeth.
