School Superintendent faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted in vote buying scandal

We have new information on the vote buying scandal involving Breathitt County Schools Superintendent Arch Turner.

Arch Turner faces up to 20 years in prison if he is convicted.

An indictment shows Arch Turner conspired with John Turner (no known relation) to buy votes in the May 2010 primary election.

It also alleges that Arch Turner influenced another person to falsely testifying before a grand jury that he had no knowledge of buying votes.
