The Jenkins Independent School District is holding a special called board meeting to discuss pending litigation against the school, the superintendent, and the football coach.
The school is charged with failing to report a hazing incident that allegedly happened last fall.
Kentucky law says schools have two days to file a written report to the proper authorities.
Some say that did not happen at Jenkins High School.
The school superintendent Debbie Watts and football coach Larry Maggard are scheduled for arraignment next week.
The discussion is closed at the meeting, but we have a reporter there and hope to have more on this tonight at 11.
