Schools damaged in tornadoes to receive money

Some Kentucky schools are expected to receive help Tuesday to begin rebuilding from tornado damage.

An insurance company is scheduled to present Morgan and Magoffin county schools with advanced claims payments of $500,000 a piece.

Both districts hope to have students back in class on March 19th.

The check presentation is scheduled for Tuesday afternoon at the Kentucky League of Cities offices in Lexington.
