Scrap yard owner pleads guilty in stolen grave markers case

WHITESBURG, Ky. (WYMT) - One man has pleaded guilty in connection with stolen grave markers in Letcher County.

81-year-old Delbert Mitchell Wright pleaded guilty to two counts of failure to maintain register of metals and two counts of unlawful purchase of disposition of metals.

Wright is the owner of a scrap metal yard in Isom.

He was also ordered to pay $530 in court costs.
