Police are looking for a man who disappeared near the Kentucky-Virginia state line.
40 year old Jonathan Leon Looney was last seen September 22nd at his girlfriend's house.
He left his vehicle and medication behind.
He's 6'3" and weighs 300 pounds. He has blue eyes and brownish/gray hair.
He has a bull Skelton head tattoo on his left shoulder.
He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a green Carhartt shirt, and a
ball cap. People may know him as Big John.
