Sentencing postponed again for Bell County Constable

PINEVILLE, Ky. (WYMT) - Sentencing has been postponed again for a Bell County Constable and his wife who pleaded guilty to stealing money intended for charity.

Jesse Hall and his wife Juanita Hall were scheduled to be sentenced Monday morning. However, their defense attorney says Jesse Hall is in the hospital.

Juanita Hall was in court, but the judge decided to sentence them at the same time.

They are now scheduled to be sentenced on January 7th.
