A Floyd County man is sentenced to 15 years in prison for his role in a murder three years ago.
Timothy Marsillet was charged with facilitation to commit murder, arson, and burglary in the 2008 death of Thomas Bentley.
Police say he was shot to death and then his home in Bull Creek was set on fire.
Another man, Richard Adkins, pleaded guilty to the murder and is serving a life sentence.
