Shooting involving deputies in Harlan

HARLAN, Ky. -- (WYMT/WKYT) State police say nobody was hurt after a "shootout" involving deputies with the Harlan County Sheriff's Department.

It happened in the Ivy Hill area of Harlan.

State police say deputies were trying to serve a search warrant when someone started shooting.

It's unknown how many shots were fired.

A suspect is believed to be in custody.

No other information is being released at this time.
