More heavy thunderstorms are expected to develop this afternoon across eastern Kentucky. While they are not expected to be as widespread as the past few days, they will be slow movers and could cause more flooding in areas that are already saturated. A man who shot two people last year in Knox County pleaded guilty.
James Bargo shot Harold Croley and Charity Carter.
Both victims were sitting in a parked blazer in a field behind a cemetery and then left the scene.
Bargo was set to go on trial, but he decided to plead guilty to assault charges.
