Sister claims former magistrate took money from aunt's estate

More controversy surrounds the life of a former Clay County magistrate who allegedly stabbed his wife and then killed himself.

The Manchester Enterprise reports one sister of the late Jimbo Lyttle filed a document in Clay County District Court alleging the former magistrate unlawfully took more than $64,000 from the estate of their aunt.

Lyttle was named a co-executor of the estate in 2009.
