Soldier remains in jail after deadly crash

One Kentucky soldier remains in jail in North Dakota after being charged in a crash that killed two other National Guard soldiers.

23 year old Christopher Brandt of Lawrence County is charged with two counts of manslaughter.

Ronald Forsyth and Jason Burnette died in the crash... another Kentucky National Guard member received minor injuries.

In his first court hearing, a judge set a $50,000 bond for Brandt.

The four Kentucky soldiers were on a training mission at Camp Grafton in Devils Lake, North Dakota.
