Son wants answers after father's death

It was a question of property that led to the shooting death of a Rockcastle County man.

The victim's family is now outraged that the man who killed their father has been released from custody.

Was it self-defense or murder?

That's the question Tyler Wolfe is asking himself after his father, 47-year-old Jimmy Hoskins, was killed on Sunday.

It started out as a verbal argument between Hoskins and another man.

Things quickly escalated when Hoskins entered the other man's residence, at which time Hoskins was shot and killed

State police are not releasing the shooter's identity, but they have turned the case over to the commonwealth's attorney.

Police continue to investigate the case.
