Special judge will be appointed in murder trial

A special judge will be appointed in the trial of a man accused of killing two people back in 2009.

The murder trial of Charles D. Watts was scheduled to start Tuesday.

He is accused of killing both 66-year-old Kelly Johnson and 21-year old Chad Muncy.

A new court date has not been set in the case and court officials did not indicate why a special judge would have to be appointed.
