Stabbing case will head to Circuit Court

PINEVILLE, Ky. (WYMT) - The case of a man accused of stabbing another man at a Bell County hospital is heading to circuit court.

A Bell County Grand Jury indicted Dallas Carl Shackleford on a first degree assault charge.

Police say Shackleford allegedly stabbed Terry Treece in the chest and then cut his throat.

Treece survived the stabbing.
