Stabbing suspect is indicted

A Perry County man faces charges of first degree assault and tampering with physical evidence after being indicted this month for stabbing his wife and attempting to hide the weapon.

Kenneth D. Halcomb of Leatherwood is accused of stabbing Emma Michelle Halcomb on March 4th, multiple times with a knife.

If convicted, Halcomb could face up to 20 years in prison.
