State police searching for suspects in West Liberty robbery

WEST LIBERTY, Ky. (WKYT) - Kentucky State Police are searching for two suspects who they say robbed at West Liberty gas station Monday night.

Police say two subjects entered the Liberty Mart in West Liberty, Kentucky. They say witnesses told them that one of the men approached the counter, while the other waited by the door and demanded the clerk give him all of the money from the cash register.

Police say the clerk complied with the request and the two suspects left in a four door, white Ford SUV, traveling west on US 460 toward Ezel, Ky.

State Police are still investigating the incident and currently have no suspects.
