Store owner is accused of selling synthetic drugs

The case of a Letcher County store owner accused of allowing the sell of synthetic drugs has been sent to the grand jury.

The case of a Letcher County store owner accused of allowing the sell of synthetic drugs has been sent to the grand jury.

Officers say former TFX Shop manager Keith Maschino was charged with possession of synthetic drugs.

Police say the Mayking store continued to sell bath salts after a county ordinance was passed banning the substances.
