FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) - The Kentucky Department of Education says
more high school students in Kentucky are taking Advanced Placement exams and getting higher scores on them.
That's according to data released Wednesday by the College
Board, the Education Department said in a statement.
The number of public high school students taking the exams has
increased by almost 44 percent since 2007 and the number of tests
with a high score has increased by about 75 percent.
