Suzuki is recalling nearly 200,000 cars and SUV's because of a defective air bag sensor in the front passenger seat.
The recall involves Gran Vitara SUV's from model years 2006 through 2011 and SX4 cars from 2007 to 2011.
Suzuki says the mats can stop working after repeated use and if that happens the air bag will deploy.
They say there have been no accidents or injuries reported.
Owners will be notigied starting next month and dealers will replace the mats for free.
