Sykes is an outsourcing corporation in Perry County that handles customer care services for large companies, and they still have job openings.
One month ago Sykes had 100 jobs available and still has 70 positions open.
Today many people attended the job fair hoping to land a job right before Christmas.
People working at Sykes say you should apply if you enjoy talking and helping others.
"If you're looking for a place to take you career where you don't have to be out in the elements, then this is certainly the place to be," said Shawn Hafley, the site director at Sykes in Hazard.
Hafley says no one should be jobless in Hazard because they have positions open for customer service representatives.
