A Harlan County teen is dead after an ATV accident.
It happened Friday night in the Dayhoit community.
State police say 18 year old James Bryan Parker was on Kentucky 3451 when he lost control of his ATV and went over an embankment.
Parker was pronounced dead at the Harlan ARH.
He was not wearing a helmet.
