The official cause of death is determined for a teenager found dead in the river in Pike County last month.
State police say the state medical examiner ruled 19-year old Justin Cole died from drowning.
It happened in July.
Friends told police he went under the water at Ratliff Hole and never came back up.
Cole's body was found three days later near the bridge at Pool Point in Elkhorn City.
Two others have drowned in that area this year.
