Tennessee physician will have to close Kentucky practice

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WYMT) - A Tennessee licensed physician, working in Kentucky, will have to close his practice.

The state board of medical licensure found Dr. James Bridges dispensing large quantities of narcotics to customers from across the state.

The Lexington Herald Leader reported board investigators went to Bridge’s office in Bowling Green to revoke his permit to practice in Kentucky.

Attention was drawn to bridges when customers from as far away as Pikeville started coming.
