Testimony continued Tuesday in a Martin County murder trial for a man accused of killing a child.
Ross Brandon Sluss is accused of driving under the influence of drugs and crashing head on into a car, killing ten year old Destiny Brewer last year.
Emergency responders testified for the prosecution on Tuesday.
The commonwealth's attorney rested the case and now the defense is calling witnesses.
