IRVINE, Ky. (WKYT) - It didn't take crews long to get the lights back on.

Kentucky Utilities was reporting more than 3,000 customers were without power around 6:00 a.m. Thursday. By 7:45 a.m., that number had dropped to less than five customers.

Emergency officials in the county are not sure what caused the outages.
