Three Kentucky men charged in Niagara Falls stunt

NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WKYT) - They may have been seeking a thrill, but police say three men from central Kentucky went way too far.

Those men were arrested, after police say they caught them swimming near the base of Niagara Falls.

New York State Park Police say the men lowered themselves into the water from a deck.

As shocked tourists watched, rescuers used ropes to reach the men in the water and pull them to safety.

The Buffalo News reports the three men were from Frankfort, and they're each 20 years old.

Adam Jones, Michael Samples, and Edward Goins were all charged with disorderly conduct and reckless endangerment.
