Three charged with making meth

Pulaski County Sheriff's deputies say three people were charged with making meth after they were stopped walking down the road in the Oil Center area.

Sheriff's deputies say the three had items on them used to make meth. They were reportedly carrying lithium batteries, coffee filters, pliers, 97 pseudoephedrine pills and jars. Deputies say they also found two hypodermic needles on the two men. They say all three were intoxicated.

Authorities arrested all three. Deputies charged 25-year-old William Bailey of Bronston with public intoxication and manufacturing meth. The other man arrested, 30-year-old Edward Sneed of Somerset, was charged with public intoxication, manufacturing meth and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Deputies arrested the woman in the group, 28-year-old Jessica Diskey of Somerset, on charges of public intoxication and manufacturing meth.
