Three people face charges in a scheme that deputies say involved writing bad checks.
Police say that 55-year old Melissa Hill would make a list of items she wanted and then get Anthony Ayers and Linda Sizemore to buy the items by writing cold checks.
Right now, police say they know at least two stores were hit.
They found other items in Hill's home that they think may have been stolen.
Ayers and Sizemore are charged with theft by deception, writing cold checks, and forgery.
Hill is charged with receiving stolen property.
