A Jenkins man is behind bars after receiving pills while his two year old son was in the passenger seat of his car.
Police say Eric Jensen was seen receiving a pain killer and anti-anxiety drug from Betty Fugate.
Officials say they also found open containers containing alcoholic beverages in Fugate's car which was also occupied by James Ballou.
Jensen is charged with numerous counts of drug charges.
Ballou and Fugate face charges of possessing drug paraphernalia and public intoxication.
