WYMT Severe Weather Alert

We're tracking the possibility of more storms rolling through today, with some of them being strong to severe. The Storm Prediction Center has the entire area under a slight risk for severe weather through this evening. The main threats at this point look to be wind and hail. We will continue to monitor the situation and update you as needed.

Three file to run for Whitley County Attorney

Three people have filed to run for the vacant Whitley County Attorney spot.

Robert "Bobby" Hammons, Graham Trimble, and current county attorney Don Moses have all filed the paperwork in the Whitley County Clerk's Office.

All three are republicans.
