We are learning more information about the toddler who was hit by a car in Clay County.
Sheriff Kevin Johnson confirmed the child has died.
Johnson says two people pulled up outside the home to speak with the Child’s parents and as they were backing out they ran over the child.
We are told at least one of the people in the car had been drinking, but was not over the legal limit.
At this time no charges have been filed
