Traffic checkpoint leads to DUI arrest

JOHNSON COUNTY, Ky (WYMT) - Early Friday morning, police stopped a man in Johnson County at a routine checkpoint, and ended up arresting him.

Police say Jerry L. Morman, 45, admitted to driving under the influence of meth and oxycodone. Police searched the vehicle and found meth, needles and various other drug paraphernalia.

Morman was taken to the big sandy regional detention center.
