Traffic accident leads to indictment

A Letcher County man accused of causing a November traffic accident that killed a woman has been indicted.

25-year-old Jonathan Anderson was indicted on murder, first degree assault, two counts of criminal mischief, and DUI.

Anderson's arraignment date is still pending.
