Train derails in Perry County

Part of a train derailed around 1am Monday morning in Perry County.

Three train cars, all empty, left the tracks right down the street from the Vicco City Hall and post office.

Crews spent hours attempting to re-align the cars on the tracks.

Some living nearby say they heard a loud screech before the train left the tracks.

Officials with CSX say they are looking into the cause of the crash.

No one was injured.
