A Bell County man, who accidentally shot and killed his friend while squirrel hunting, is now on trial.
The accident happened in September of 2007 when 15-year old Gregory Scott Estes accidentally shot and killed 15 year old Jeremy Neal of Bell County.
Both sides in the trial say Estes did not intentionally kill Neal, according to Middlesboro Daily News.
Estes is charged with manslaughter.
