Trial date is set for father accused of killing his son

A trial date is set for the Middlesboro father accused of shooting and killing his son, then leaving the state.

Police say Richard Goodman Senior shot his son, Richard Goodman Junior in April 2010 on his front porch and then left.

Cumberland Gap Park Rangers spotted Goodman going through the tunnel.

Claiborne County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Goodman in Harrogate, Tennessee.

A trial date is set for October 25th.
